Friday April 10: 

Green Mountain 12 Rifle 2

The Rams average double digit hits in every game and this one was no exception, putting up 10 hits and being led by, No. 90 2015 Talon Schaller, 3-3 with 2 RBI and getting it done on the mound going 5 innings and giving up 3 hits, 1 ER and collecting 6 K’s.  The Rams also had good production from 2016 Jeremy Whorton, 2-4 with 1 run and 3 RBI.

Mountain Vista 7 Heritage 5

The Golden Eagles continue to get production up and down the lineup, this time being led by, No. 29 2015 Will Dixon, 2-3, 1 run, 4 RBI and 2015 Cole Brook, 2-4 with 2 RBI.  On the mound, No. 6 2015 Marc Mumper gets the win going 6 1/3 giving up 9 hits, 3 ER and collecting 7 K’s. 

Regis Jesuit 12 Highlands Ranch 2

The Raiders collected 17 hits in this 5 inning affair, being led by, 2015 Thomas Jahde who had a monster day going 3-4 with 3 runs scored, 4 RBI and 2 homeruns.  The Raiders also had big days from, No. 12 2016 Quin Cotton, 3-5, 1 run, 2 RBI and a triple and No. 4 2016 Bo Weiss who went 4 2/3 innings giving up 4 hits, 2 ER and collected 6 K’s.   No. 1 2015 Nick Shumpert who went 2-2 with 1 RBI led the Falcons.

ThunderRidge 4 Castle View 1

The Grizzlies cap off this week with the victory being led by, 2016 Chase Noell, 2-3 with 1 RBI and a double and No. 3 2016 Jake Eissler who went 1-3 with 1 run and 1 RBI.  On the mound, 2015 Aaron Gjersee went 6 innings allowing 2 hits, 1 ER and collecting 4 K’s.

 

 Saturday April 11

Littleton 17 Valor Christian 7

The Lions saw a team offensive explosion and were led on Saturday by, 2015 Christian Corah 3-4, 2 runs, 2 RBI and 2015 Scott Corwin 2-3, with 2 runs and 2 RBI.  The Valor Christian Eagles were once again led by, 2017 Jon Boulaphinh, 3-4 with 1 run and 2 RBI.

Rocky Mountain 9 Horizon 2

The Lobos continue to look strong in the Northern League and were led by, 2015 Chad Bell, 3-4, 2 runs, 3 RBI and 1 homerun and No. 9 2015 Cole Anderson, 2-4 with 3 RBI.  On the mound No. 31 2016 Austin Alarid tossed 5 2/3 innings giving up 3 hits, 2 ER and collected 7 K’s. 

Cherry Creek 10 Smoky Hill 2

The Bruins notch another Centennial League win and were led by, No. 28 Overall 2018 Tanner O’Tremba, 2-2, 2 runs, 3 RBI and 1 homerun, No. 43 2015 Aeneas Roberson, 1-2, 2 runs, 2 RBI and 1 homerun and No. 16 2015 Blake Goldsberry, 2-2 with 2 runs scored.  2015 Nick Ulmer was on the mound for the Bruins and went 5 innings, giving up 4 hits, 1 ER and striking out 6. 

Mullen 15 Overland 1

The Mustangs keep pace with the leaders of the Centennial League and saw big days from, 2017 Joey Salvato, 3-3, 2 runs, 1 RBI, No. 95 2015 Landon Urban, 1-3, 1 run, 2 RBI and 1 homerun and 2017 Marcus Salvato, 2-4, with 2 runs and 3 RBI.

Brighton 10 Gateway 1

The Bulldogs get the win on Saturday thanks to, No. 81 2016 Jacob Demers, 2-2 with 1 RBI, No. 74 2015 Conner Pepein, 1-4 with 2 RBI and No. 19 2015 Conner Reynolds, 1-1, 2 runs and 1 RBI. 

Dakota Ridge 12 Pomona 7

The Eagles get off to a good start in Jeffco League play and were led by, No. 46 2015 Doug Case, 2-4, 1 run, 2 RBI, No. 15 2016 Bailey Collins, 1-3, 2 runs and 3 RBI and 2015 Ryan Morris, 3-5 with 3 runs scored.  The Panthers saw 2016 John Suyak have a 2-4 day with 1 run scored and 1 RBI. 

Green Mountain 10 Golden 5

The Rams just keep rolling and racking up another 10 hits, their offense was sparked by, No. 30 2015 Cole Shetterly, 2-3, 1 run, 4 RBI and 1 Homerun and No. 42 2015 Josh Ramirez, 2-5 with 1 RBI on the day.  The Demons were led by, 2015 Jesse Capaul, 2-4 with 2 runs scored and 2015 Bryan Katzman, 2-3 on the day. 

Columbine 12, Ralston Valley 9

The Rebels get a big Jeffco League win and were led by, No. 47 2015 Michael Tait, 2-3, 1 run, 2 RBI, 2017 Chase Anderson, 2-4 with 1 run and 1 RBI and 2017 Mike Griebel, 2-4 with 1 run, 1 RBI and 1 homerun.  The Mustangs saw big days from, 2015 Caleb Squire, 3-5 with 2 RBI, 2015 Dalton Pribble, 3-5, 2 runs, 1 RBI and 2017 Levi Leisenring 3-4, 1 run, 2 RBI and 1 homerun. 

Bayfield 27 Centauri 0

Homeruns were the name of the game in this one, the Wolverines saw 6 different players leave the yard including, 2016 Mathew Knickerbocker, 3-3, 5 runs, 4 RBI and 2 homeruns and No. 25 2016 Kelton McCoy, 3-5, 4 runs and 8 RBI and 2 homeruns including a grand slam.  No. 29 2016 Zane Phelps added a 3-4 day with 4 runs, 3 RBI and 1 homerun. 

Bayfield 11 Centauri 6

The Wolverines sweep the day and were led in game 2 by, No. 25 2016 Kelton McCoy, 5-5 with 2 runs, 3 RBI and 1 homerun.  2016 Taed Heydinger was on the mound and went 5 innings giving up 4 hits, 1 ER and striking out 10.
