Risers

#10 North Broward Prep

North Broward Prep bounced back very well in Week 2 after dropping a game in Week 1. They went 4-0 in Week 3 beating all out-of-state teams. They defeated American Christian Academy (AL), Cherokee Bluff (GA), Spain Park (AL), Lewisburg (MS).

#15 Bishop Verot

Bishop Verot continued their hot start in Week 2 with two more decisive wins. They defeated Imagine School of North Port 14-4 then Gulliver Prep 12-2. The Vikings are outscoring opponents 66-12 so far this season.

Fallers

#8 Westminster Christian

Westminster Christian took their first loss of the season in Week 2 losing 8-1 to Southwest Miami Senior. Before that loss, Westminster defeated St. Brendan 8-2. Look for Westminster to have a bounce back Week 3.

#20 Jesuit

Jesuit took their second loss of the season last week and now sits at 2-2. A 9-2 loss to Venice started their week. They ended their week with a 2-1 win over Tampa Catholic.

Newcomers

#18 Southwest Miami Senior

Southwest Miami Senior had a big Week 2 with wins over Braddock and #8 Westminster Christian. They beat Braddock 14-3 to kick off their week. Then followed up with a big 8-1 win over Westminster Christian.

#19 East Lake

East Lake is 6-0 to start the season. 3-0 in Week 2 with wins over Mitchell, Countryside, and St. Petersburg. The Eagles have held opponents to just two runs scored this season. An impressive start for East Lake.
