We couldn't have asked for a better ending to the 2021 season than with our first ever Hitters Only Showcase. There was a ton of talent from the senior class all the way through the 2026 class and intriguing uncommitted talent everywhere.

Below, we break down the seven seniors who attend the Holiday Hitters Showcase this past Sunday. Jacob Gillis (Bossier Parish CC) was the lone senior in attendance who is already committed. We had six unsigned seniors with us and each of them made a case that they're able to play at the next level, including two big standouts in Andrew Sleiman and Ronan Glassford.

Jacob Gillis OF / RHP / Erin District, ON / 2022

Gillis, a Bossier Parish CC commit, was easily among the top 2022s at Sunday’s event. At 6-foot-4, 215-pounds, there’s current strength and physicality from the right-side of the plate. The swing plays up the middle and to the pull side with consistent exit velocities in the low 90s. The right-handed hitter’s strength will play to his advantage at the next level.

Andrew Sleiman OF / Cardinal Carter, ON / 2022

Sleiman was one of the top unsigned seniors we had on Sunday and the Windsor Selects product proved the bat is college ready. The 6-foot-2, 185-pound RHH had several loud rounds from the right-side with the second best exit velocity on the day at 93 mph. It’s a line drive approach with the ability to hit for some power to the pull side. A good looking uncommitted product here for college coaches.

Ronan Glassford OF / LHP / Assumption catholic, ON / 2022

Glassford, a product of the Mississauga Tigers, was another unsigned senior to really stand out. The 6-foot-2, 195-pound left-handed hitter produced a top exit velocity of 93 and while there’s currently some strength in his game, expect more to come. Glassford creates good separation and the hands are quick to the ball. Another name for college coaches to give a good look.

Jackson Millen 2B / 3B / Appleby College oakville , ON / 2022

Millen, a 6-foot, 165-pound middle infielder starts with an open stance from the left side and used a line-drive approach to all fields on Sunday. His top exit velocity of 87 will only continue to trend upwards as he fills out. There’s feel to hit from the left side so it will be intriguing to see Millen going forward if he can continue to add strength.

Sean Hayden John OF / 1B / Crestwood Preparatory College, ON / 2022

Sean Hayden John put together a good day from the right-side of the dish and immediately stood out as he walked in the door with his 6-foot-6, 205-pound frame. There were some loud swings to the pull side for the Ontario Yankees OF/1B where his 91 mph exit velocity was fourth among 2022s at the event.

Kanaan Gale 1B / 3B / Cardinal Carter catholic high school , ON / 2022

Kanaan Gale was another Windsor Select to put together a good day. The 5-foot-11, 190-pound corner infielder has a balanced swing from the right-side and middle to pull side. There were some loud swings when he was timed up and some mechanical adjustments could see his offensive game continue to blossom.

Jaxson Mackay RHP / 1B / Resurrection Catholic Secondary School, ON / 2022

Mackay immediately stands out with a 6-foot-4, 185-pound frame and he came with a smooth swing from the right side. Although his peak exit velocity was 85 mph, you look at the body and can only expect it to continue trending upwards. The Kitchener Panthers first baseman had a line drive approach, working up the middle with a good bat path.
