The Arkansas high school baseball season kicks off on Feb. 26, opening day for regular season action under AAA regulations. Leading up to opening day, we’ll be publishing our team previews ahead of the 2024 spring season, touching on programs spanning all state classifications, counting down through the official Prep Baseball Arkansas Preseason Power 25 Rankings.

Perennially, we’ve submitted a preseason questionnaire to high school head coaches across the entire state. Their responses have been flooding in and we’re using the detailed insight they’ve provided in our team-by-team preseason analysis.

Cooper Bode OF/P 2026, 5'10/170 L/L, Saw some time last year mostly at DH, but is growing into a role on the mound as well.

“This team has a great group of leaders at the forefront. They've been deep into the postseason and know what it takes to get there. There is quality depth at most positions with depth on the mound being a big plus. The line up has an opportunity to be deep and do damage down the order as well as at the top.
