Each week, WIAA coaches around the state submit to us their nominations for the Prep Baseball Wisconsin Player of the Week and Prep Baseball Wisconsin Pitcher of the Week honors. Yesterday, we awarded the Week 6 Player of the Week honor to OF/RHP Sam Moses (Cedarburg, 2024; Madison JC commit) and the Pitcher of the Week honor to RHP Drew Kavanaugh (Sun Prairie East, 2024; Wisconsin-Eau Claire (football)). Moses reached base a total of 18 times over the course of six games. The star senior was 10-for-16 on the week—tallying eight walks in addition to those 10 hits.
