Following the conclusion of the New Jersey Top Prospect Games and after months of scouting and evaluating, we have finally compiled our 2016 New Jersey state rankings. The top 10 is filled with high level pitching talent with loud bats scattered within. Pitchers seem to have risen to the top in this initial 2016 state rankings. Provided is a preview of the top ten, led by Luca Dalatri, the ace of Christian Brothers Academy, the state’s #1 program in 2015. 2016 1B John VanDeMark from Bergen Catholic is the top ranked uncommitted prospect.
