Alex Berling, 1B/3B, Dublin Coffman, 2015
6-foot-2, 208-pound strong, physical corner infielder. At first-base he moves well laterally and shows good footwork around the bag. Right-handed hitter starts with an open stance getting back to being even. Squared balls up consistently in his BP round, hitting line drive doubles and hit a homerun over the left-field fence showing power in his bat. He ran a 7.28 60-yard dash.
Chris Slavik, RHP/OF, Bishop Watterson, 2015
5-foot-10, 155-pound thin body frame with lots of room to fill out for projection. Two-way prospect, his services most likely be needed as a pitcher at the next level. From the outfield he shows good athletic footwork, and good arm strength. Right-handed hitter starts with slightly open stance getting back to even, using a fluid hands back to shoulder trigger. Showed the ability to use both parts of the field and squared ball up well during his BP round. He ran a 7.29 60-yard dash.
Tyler Brown, RHP/SS, Crestview, 2017
6-foot-1, 220-pound mature, physical build. Not being very well known, Brown definitely stole the show in this showcase. The young right-handed pitcher throws from a ¾ arm slot with quicker arm speed. It looks as though he uses quite a bit of arm in his delivery.
