As the year comes to a close we take a look back at some of the top performances across all of our events from the Preseason events, Scout Days, Summer events, the Natural State Games, and even players representing Arkansas in our National Events.  In what was a banner year for Prep Baseball Arkansas, there were multiple standouts throughout 2023 with multiple prospects beginning to make a name for themselves.  Today we take a look at the top infield arm velocities across the diamond captured by radar gun with 47 total players making this year's top 10.
