Prep Baseball Report has officially updated their class rankings over the span of three weeks, updating the Class of 2024, 2025 and 2026 in their respective states. Our staff will now conduct a deep dive into the rankings and highlight key uncommitted players in each class.

Today, we take a look into the MD/DE Class of 2025 and dive into a ultra-athletic, projectable outfielder in Will Haacke. Coming off a superb Summer and Fall season, the projectable 6-foot-2, 170 pound Calvert Hall product is poised for a breakout Junior season next Spring. Utilizing top end speed that impacts on both sides of the ball, Haacke is a ball hawk and looks to remain in center field at the next level with above average arm strength (90 mph OF Velo). At the dish, it's an uphill, aggressive swing path with excellent balance through contact that produces loud contact consistently to all fields. The versatility in the hit tool allows plenty of options, as a nice mix of speed, strength and a high contact rate bodes well at the college level.  As strength and maturation is continuously added, look for this to be one of the top bats across the MIAA this season.
