As we get prepared for our premiere event of the year in the Preseason All-State, we start the process by breaking down each individual attendee with notes on videos their game.  The Preseason All-State attracts some of the top talent from all across the state creating platforms and driving eye-balls for recruiters and scouts at the next level to help guide them throughout the spring recruiting.  This year's event will take place once again at Oral Roberts University of February 11th featuring a pro-style workout with data collected by our tech partners, social media coverage, and updated video for the profile.

Parker Hayes LHP / 1B / Mount St. Mary, OK / 2026 Hayes arguably has one of the higher ceilings in 2026 class thanks to his long and lean frame and high-end pitchability from the left side.  Hayes has shown the ability to work the fastball to both sides of the plate effectively working in the low 80's and can chase bats with a short breaking ball with downward depth and feel for an arm side fading changeup.  With added strength, Hayes has the mechanical abilities to continue to make big jumps on the mound and should be an intriguing follow in the coming years.

Grant Richards 1B / LHP / Deer Creek, OK / 2026 We last caught Richards over a year ago at the OKC Preseason ID, where the long and lean built LHP/1B showed projectability on both sides of the ball.  At the plate, Richards takes advantage of his longer levers to generate exit velos up to 88.3 mph with strong carry.  On the mound, he showed a heavy arm side running fastball in the upper 70's and feel for sweeping breaking ball.  With his lean build, Richards has plenty of room to keep adding strength and should be primed to see a big jump here in the near future.

Marcos Sallee RHP / SS / Claremore, OK / 2025 Sallee burst onto the scene at last year's Preseason All-State and parlayed that into an appearance for Team OK at the Future Games.  Sallee shows high upside as a position player where the middle infielder can work exit velos up to 90 mph and showcase a strong arm across the diamond reaching up to 86 mph.  Where Sallee might has the most upside is on the mound where he's already working the fastball in the low 90's and shows a short cutting slider and a plus changeup to get off the barrel.  Sallee is put himself into a must see prospect and we expect to continue to see big jumps from him in the near future.

Blake Rogers OF / RHP / Bishop Kelley, OK / 2025 We just got an updated look at Rogers earlier in 2024 at the Tulsa Preseason ID where he continued to show big tools on the higher end of the class.  Rogers can reach exit velos up to 95 mph during BP with big carry and high end bat speed.  A 6.9 runner, Rogers can cover some ground in the outfield and shows big arm strength up to 91 mph to help control the running game.  On the mound, Rogers uses his raw arm strength to reach up to 86 mph and shows feel for tight spinning slider in the mid 70's.  Rogers checks a lot of boxes and should be one to keep an eye on heading into his junior spring.

Jackson Savoy LHP / 1B / Owasso, OK / 2025 Savoy continues to make big strides on the mound each time we see him with our last look at him coming from the Uncommitted Upperclass Games this past November.  The projectable left-hander worked the fastball up to 82 mph and showed tight spin on a low 70's slider.  Savoy has a clean delivery and hand works free and easy throughout the process which should translate to even more gains in the future.

Jax Van Valkenburg C / 3B / Owasso, OK / 2027 Van Valenburg has twiced competed for Team OK at the past two Junior Future Games out in Atlanta where the talented switch hitter has shown a lot of promise both in the box as well as behind the plate.  Jax has a smooth stroke from both sides and shows a lot of confidence in the box with strong barrel control.  Behind the plate, he shows strong pitch framing skills and ability to to block balls in the dirt with pop times as low as 2.06.  He can also play first base at a higher level giving him a ton of positional versatility moving forward throughout his career.

Jake Ervin SS / 3B / Deer Creek, OK / 2025 Ervin heads to the Preseason All-State as a highly productive hitter with an advanced feel for the barrel in his hands.  While some of the measurables we have recorded might not jump off the page at the moment, Ervin has a well-put together swing to create consistent hard contact and showing present gap-to-gap power.  His ability to handle the bat from both sides of the plate is also a plus.  Defensively, Ervin is a free-mover in the infield with strong actions and glove work.

Easton Green OF / LHP / Tuttle, OK / 2025 Green showed off his 2-way talents through his sophomore spring and then capped it off with a strong performance at the Top Prospect Games back in June of 2023.  The left/left outfielder/pitcher has strong upside on both sides of the ball with the fastball working in the low 80's with command and showing a well-shaped curveball that he can land in the zone.  Green also displays a knack for picking up hits using his athletic swing and strong bat speed.  Green's production plays even higher than his measurables and we wouldn't be surprised to see big jumps in tools in the near future.

Beckett Robinson OF / C / Tahlequah, OK / 2025 When it comes to pure tools, there aren't too many in the area that can match the type of power and athleticism that Robinson has.  Robinson put these tools on display at last summer's Future Games where he saw exit velos up to 95 mph and a strong average of 88.1 mph across two rounds of BP.  In the outfield, Robinson has an electric arm reaching up to 90 mph with big carry and accuracy.  Adding those tools together and combining them with his 6.57 60 time, Robinson has the type of physicality and athleticism to make an immediate impact at the next level and should only continue to get better as he keeps getting more experience.

Aidan Robinson SS / RHP / Enid, OK / 2025 Robinson returns to another Prep Baseball event after helping lead Enid to the 6A State Championship game and putting together a strong performance at the Top Prospect Games this past June.  Robinson makes an impact on both sides of the ball with exit velos up to 91.8 mph in the past with an athletic swing and feel for the barrel.  He also plays strong defense up the middle with advanced actions and footwork.  Robinson has the potential to remain on the left side of the infield in the future and should be one to keep an eye on heading into this weekend's event.
