Week 9 brought us a new number 1 as the top 5 had some big matchups. Cabot knocks off Bryant in a conference tilt, Jonesboro stays strong with a double header sweep moving into the number 1 spot. Bryant loses two in one week for first time this season. Valley View and LRCA take care of business moving up one spot as Sheridan loses another one falling into 6th. A loaded 5A top 10 makes for an exciting week as the state tournament is looming next week. Mountain Home sitting at #7 continues to put up W's and keeps knocking off 6A schools in non conference match ups. Regular season winds down this week with smaller classifications making into the Regional section of the tournament as some teams seasons will come to an end this week.
