Colorado Preseason All-State: Top Upperclass Hitting Prospects

Mike Anderson
Colorado Scouting Director

On March 8, 2020, the PBR Colorado Staff held the Colorado Preseason All-State Showcase in Parker, Colorado.  We look at our Colorado Upperclassman hitters and see a variety skill sets:  Speed, Power, Hit for AVG. These individuals will all find the right collegiate fit. Featured on this list is 2020 Tony Castonguay, Kansas signee and 2021 Radek Birkholz, Notre Dame commit.

Birkholz, also finds himself as one of Colorado’s top RHP.  Uncommitted Connor Cooney, 2021, from Holy Family has continued to demonstrate an upward trajectory in his development.  Finally, a spotlight should be on Uncommitted 2020, SS, Ryan Muniz.  Ryan’s 93 exit velo and line drive path will earn him an opportunity in collegiate baseball.  We feel strongly about these Top Prospects, but go beyond this list to find Colorado’s deep list of developing hitters.
