Each week during the high school season, we will be announcing the Prep Baseball KS Player of the Week. We will rely on submissions from high school coaches and others by way of email ([email protected]) or DM on X (twitter). Nominations should include player name, grad year, position, and stat line. KS HS Position Player of the Week and Pitcher of the Week will be released every Tuesday after noon.

Let's take a look at the Pitcher of the Week for Week 8 (May 6th - May 12th):

Blake Sebastian RHP / 1B / Blue Valley North, KS / 2025 One of the top emerging arms in the region, Sebastian stands an impressive 6-foot-6, 225-pounds and has been up to 91. Last week, the right-hander tossed a complete game shutout, punching out 11 and allowing just 4 hits.
