A Run to the Title: New Hanover's 3A State Championship

The Wildcats sought redemption in 2018 and this past weekend achieved the goal. Coming up just short in 2017, in the 4A State Championship Series, New Hanover looked to take one final step this year in the 3A classification. A deep and talented roster was dominant at times throughout 2018 and capped it off by winning the state championship over a very competitive Crest Chargers team.
