2025 Class Rankings Update: Fall Edition

As the Fall comes to a close and we start to get into the Winter workouts ahead of the Spring season, Prep Baseball Oklahoma takes an updated look at the 2025 rankings. While this update might be smaller than some of the ones we've had in the past, the Junior campaign can see big changes in the coming months as more players start to either solidify their standings at the Varsity level or are starting to get their first run at that level. These rankings are compiled in multiple ways with data collected from our events and our own scouting throughout the spring and tournament seasons. Tools and projection do matter in the rankings but performance on the field is still highly valued. Today we take a closer look at the each member of the top 10, a deeper dive into some newcomers and rankings risers to the list, and finish it off with 6 currently uncommitted prospects that deserve a strong look from programs at the next level.

Ethan Holliday SS / 3B / Stillwater, OK / 2025Still standing atop the rankings is Stillwater High School's Ethan Holliday. Holliday solidified his top spot after his impressive showing at this Fall's inagural Prep Baseball All-American Game where his unique combination of power and finesse shined. While the OSU commit has one of the more complete sets of tools in the country, the bat is the carrying tool right now with elite power potential and excellent strength at contact. He moves freely in the infield advanced rhythm and enough arm strength that will allow him to stay on the left side of the infield at the next level. Holliday has proven himself both at the local and national level throughout his high school career and will continue to be one of the more fun prospects to follow in the coming years.

Carson Brumbaugh SS / RHP / Edmond Santa Fe, OK / 2025There aren't many prospects in the country that have seen the type of rise that Brumbaugh has made on the national level in the past year. After another breakout performance at the Future Games, big outing at Area Codes, and culminating his year at the All-American Game, Brumbaugh continues to impress with his high-end tools on both sides of the ball. Recently, Brumbaugh parlayed his success on the field to a commitment to Tennessee where the Volunteer's are getting one of the top middle infielders in the country. Brumbaugh has unmatched arm strength from across the diamond and one of the more well-built swings that consistently puts up some of the hardest contact in the class.

Cash Williams C / SS / Choctaw , OK / 2025The dual sport athlete remains at number 3 in the top ten in this update after another impressive summer on the field. Williams offers some of the most versatility in the class with the ability to not only catch at a high level, but also use his natural athleticism in the outfield as well. Williams has set the top pop time record at the Future Games in back to back years with one of the quicker releases in the country regardless of class and strong back spin out of the hand giving the throw's excellent carry to the bag. Offensively, we broke down his unique swing HERE that creates a ton of power and is one of the most feared hitters in the class. Williams recently took himself off the recruiting market after making his commitment to play for Coach Vitello at Tennessee.

Cole Leach SS / RHP / Hilldale, OK / 2025Leach keeps his spot at number 4 on this list as one of the more physical left-handed bats in the class. Leach has big strength in the hands at contact that shows potential power to all fields and swings with big leverage. Leach also offers some positional versatility with playing both in the infield as well as spend some time behind the plate for Hilldale. His size and strength makes the Arkansas commit one to keep an eye on in the coming years.

Eli Ramirez OF / RHP / Duncan, OK / 2025Ramirez remains at number 5 on the list as one of the more intriguing 2-way prospects in the class. Ramirez packs a lot of punch into his smaller frame working the fastball up to 92 mph this past summer at the Future Games thanks to his elite hand speed. His athleticism carries over as a position player as well with a big time arm from both the infield and the outfield paired with his 6.67 speed. The ball jumps off the barrel with a quick twitch swing and strong hands giving the OU commit options on which side of the ball he translates best to at the next level.

Brian Justice RHP / SS / Bixby, OK / 2025Justice remains the top uncommitted prospect in the state for the 2025 class as one of the top arms and maintaining his spot at number 5 on the list. Justice has some of the top pitchability in the state with a true 4 pitch mix and a fastball working into the upper 80's and touching 90 mph. Justice's calling card is his ability to spin both the slider and curveball at a high level to miss bats and can mix in a heavy fading changeup at anytime. Justice already has the makings of what it takes to be a starter at the next level and should only continue to get better as he gains more strength and experience on the mound.

Cooper Auschwitz OF / 3B / Owasso , OK / 2025
Rankings StateRank: 7 / POS: 2
Auschwitz did more for himself at the Future Games this past summer than any other prospect on Team Oklahoma. Auschwitz shined with the bat in his hand picking up multiple extra base hits including a no-doubter line drive shot off the scoreboard. Auschwitz has big time athleticism that carries over into gameplay and landed him a committment to the University of Arkansas during the Fall.

Darren Ledford C / Oktaha, OK / 2025Ledford checks in at number 8 in this installment of the the 2025 rankings after a strong Fall season for Oktaha. Ledford has big power potential at the plate with advanced hand strength and a smooth stroke from the left side. His carrying tool is strong receiving abilities behind the plate with advanced glove work and strong blocking ability. Ledford's power potential and ability to stay behind the plate at the next level makes him an intriguing prospect for schools at the next level to take a closer look at.

Whaetly Chaloupek RHP / C / Enid, OK / 2025Chaloupek shined his brightest on the biggest stage this summer with an impressive outing at the Future Games that culminated into a lot of recruiting buzz and a committment to play for Coach Tadlock at Texas Tech. Chaloupek has some of the best hand speed on the mound in the class with the ball exploding out of his hand into the low 90's and flashed a plus slider with sweeping shape that ran away from bats. Chaloupek is still not a finished product on the mound and still has a lot of room for more growth making him one of the more intriguing arms in the class to follow.

Brady McAdoo SS / RHP / Tuttle, OK / 2025
Rankings StateRank: 10 / POS: 4
McAdoo remains at number 10 in this installment thanks to his advanced athleticism that translates over to big time range in the infield. McAdoo missed some time over the past year on the baseball diamond due to injury but the dual sport athlete appears to back and healthy and ready to help Tuttle repeat as 4A State Champions.

Rankings StateRank: 12 / POS: 3
There was some buzz around Mouse's name this past spring taking the mound for Elk City and we finally got a closer look at him at one of our events in Dallas this Fall. The 6-foot-6 right-hander impressed in his outing working the fastball up to 90 mph with strong riding life through the zone. He paired the fastball with two shapes of breaking balls with the curveball working in the low 70's and a shorter breaking slider up to 77 mph. He also showed feel for a changeup that gives him a starter profile at the next level. His strong performance landed him at number 12 on the list as the top newcomer to this installment's rankings.

Decker Davis C / 3B / Arapaho-Butler, OK / 2025
Rankings StateRank: 43 / POS: 8
Davis enters the rankings for the first time at number 43 on the list after an impressive showing at the Uncommitted Upperclass Games earlier this month. The physical catcher showed strong catch and throw skills with showcase pop times working in the 1.85-1.94 range with big time arm strength at 81 mph from the crouch. The 6-foot-2 and 200-pound back stop has a simple swing with some control of the barrel and paired with his strong catching skills, it should make him highly sought after prospect in the coming years.

Luke Hankins SS / 2B / Preston, OK / 2025
Rankings StateRank: 49 / POS: 10
Hankins sees his stock rise after we got multiple looks at him this past fall both for Preston in the fall season as well as an impressive performance at the Uncommitted Upperclass Games. Hankins has a well put together stroke from the right side with some surprising hand strength that reaches exit velos up to 93 mph. Hankins has quick hands through the zone and strong bat speed that allows him to get more out of his 5-foot-10 and 160-pound frame. Hankins moves freely in the infield with smooth actions and also shows soft hands and a feel for glove action.

Hayden Towell C / OF / Edmond Santa Fe, OK / 2025
Rankings StateRank: 59 / POS: 9
Towell makes his debut in the rankings at number 59 on the list after a strong showing at the Uncommitted Upperclass Games. The athletic backstop checked a lot of boxes running a 6.97 60 and showing arm strength behind the plate at 79 mph that produced pop times in the 1.95-2.08 range. Offensively, Towell has a smooth stroke from the right side that produced exit velocities up to 90.5 mph.

Denim Sands 1B / LHP / Glenpool, OK / 2025
Rankings StateRank: 62 / POS: 2
Sands debuts at number 62 on the list with a high upside look on the mound at the Uncommitted Upperclass Games. The 6-foot-1 and 210-pound left-hander showcased some big arm strength from the infield tossing it 89 mph across the diamond before jumping on the mound and working fastballs up to 85.5 mph. With his raw arm strength, don't be surprised to see even bigger jumps from him in the near future and should continue to improve as he adds strength to his physical frame and gain more experience on the mound.

Declan Murphy 3B / RHP / Carl Albert, OK / 2025
Rankings StateRank: 11 / POS: 1
Murphy currently remains uncommitted as the number 11th ranked overall player in the class after a huge spring and summer circuit. The right-hander uses his old-school style sinker/slider combo to attack hitters working to both sides of the plate. Murphy also shined with the bat at the Future Games making him a prospect that schools at the next level should take a closer look at in the coming months.

Mason Pickering C / 1B / Oktaha, OK / 2025
Rankings StateRank: 13 / POS: 3
Pickering has had some buzz around his name after a strong performance at the Future Games this past summer and a strong fall slate. The left-handed hitting back stop has one of the more physical builds with a strong rotational swing that produces exit velocities into the mid 90's. He also showed one of the top catch and throw skills at the Future Games working pop times as low as 1.85 and shows some positional versatility with strong actions at first base as well.

Bryce Tapley OF / SS / Bethel, OK / 2025
Rankings StateRank: 16 / POS: 4
Tapley remains uncommitted as one of the more toolsy players in the class. Tapley has game changing speed that translates to both on the base paths as well as in the field and a big arm that can play all over. He dealt with a tough finger issue throughout the summer but was still able to show strong compete with the bat at the Future Games even not at his strongest. Tapley has all the skills and tools that can compete at the next level and should be one for programs at the next level to take a closer look at.

Luke Beeler C / 1B / Holland Hall, OK / 2025
Rankings StateRank: 17 / POS: 4
Beeler checks in at number 17 in this update as one of the more intriguing power bat presences in the class. Beeler has strong balance at the plate that generates exit velocities up to 98 mph and has an aggressive approach at the plate that can make him a scary at bat. He has steadily improved his catching skills from behind the plate with quicker transitions and improved receiving and blocking skills. He also can shift over to first base if needed to provide even more versatility. Programs at the next level looking for some power potential in the middle of the order that can provide some options at a premium defensive spot should take a closer look here.

Marcos Sallee RHP / SS / Claremore, OK / 2025
Rankings StateRank: 18 / POS: 4
Sallee ranks in at number 18 and is one of the higher ceiling arms in the class. He flashed the potential for premium stuff this past summer at the Future Games working the fastball up to 90 mph and showing a tight breaking slider in the upper 70's to chase bats. His best pitch might be his changeup where he is able to generate a ton of depth with fastball hand speed and strong sell. If Sallee is able to continue to make jumps in strength, don't be surprised to see him potentially be one of the more breakout candidates in the class.

Rhett Winchester OF / Edmond Memorial, OK / 2025
Rankings StateRank: 20 / POS: 5
Winchester checks in at number 20 on the list with his high-end athleticism and already proven track record for hitting on the high school circuit. Winchester has a strong speed/strength combo with a 6.66 laser timed 60 and reaching exit velocities up to 96 mph. He can play all three spots in the outfield where he covers a ton of ground and has the type of barrel control to rack up a ton of hits in a hurry. Winchester should be primed for a breakout junior campaign and we won't be surprised to hear his name start to buzz in the recruiting circles.
