William Cook 3B / RHP / Miamisburg, OH / 2021Report: Louisville commit. At 6-4, 185-pounds, Cook has a very athletic presence at shortstop. Long and lanky with nimble footwork complemented with soft and quick hands. Showed effortless arm strength on this day, making an impressive throw to first from the deep part of shortstop. Cook has an advanced approach at the plate as well, allowing the ball to get deep with good barrel control and keeping his hands tight to his body, showed good power to the pull side. On the mound, Cook uses his athleticism to his advantage, using a similar arm action to that at shortstop. Cook sat 86-87 on his fastball. Slider was 81 and had good tilt.
