Report: 5-foot-8, 140-pound thin, athletic body frame with room to fill. Currently ranked no. 66 overall in Ohio’s class of 2021. Hit leadoff and played shortstop. Offensively, he displays quickness to his hands. Did his job at the top of the lineup in the game getting on base in all three of his at bats. He walked twice and squared up a pitch, hitting a hard ground ball at the third baseman who made a throwing error. Athletic defender with smooth actions. Showed the ability to throw from different arm slots when he needed to while starting a nice double play turn on a ground ball hit at him. A guy who you want playing up the middle for your team. Makes playing the position look easy. |
