It is with great excitement that we release to you today, our first update to the VA/DC Class of 2025 rankings with our Top 100 release. Following today's Top 100 release, we will unveil the Top 200 on Thursday. Throughout this week we have highlighted new faces, risers, and players whose stock has taken a jump in the past few months.

Now today we turn our attention to the Top 100, including the Top 10 list below. To go along with the Top 10, we would like to highlight a few players that have made some moves.

Holding steady at #1 is Evan Hankins. The Tennessee commit was the co-champion of the Prep Baseball All-American Homerun Derby, was mid-upper 80's in the late fall, and continues to display his power presence from the left side of the plate. Hankins will be a huge addition to the Miller School program this spring and beyond, and the rigorous schedule should help him to continue to make gains.

An intriguing arm that has made a move in the rankings is Tuscarora left hander, Ashton Peshke. The Maryland commit exploded on the scene this summer when we first saw him at the Dirtbags Scout Day. Peshke has not looked back since. At the PBR Cup in September, he was up to 88 from that tough low slot with some hard late sink. This is an arm that reminds us a lot of Cowen. One big standout is this is a fairly low miles arm that did not throw much, if any, for the Huskies last spring. He and Cowen could be as tough of a 1-2 punch as there is in the state next year.

Noah Haught is another riser in the rankings update. Haught, a now Richmond commit, took off last spring as a first year starter at Bishop O'Connell. Above average runner, arm to stay on the left side, advanced defender, solid hit tool, and don't forget about his ability on the mound. As intriguing as he is in the middle, he is a mid-upper 80's arm and can spin for strikes. While we still think it is position first, it is hard to dismiss his ability on the mound as a fall back at the next level, adding value to the profile.
