Brett Harrison
Nevada Scouting Director

Next, we dive into the 2021 class, providing you with a position by position analysis of the top players in what could be the next great class to come out of Nevada. Creating the PBR Rankings are never an easy process, but with the help of our Scout Days, prior PBR events as well as PBR Scouts and associates watching more games, tracking and reporting on more players than any other anybody else in the industry, we are excited to take a break down each class at each position over the coming days.

The 2021 prospects are shaping up to give the 2020 class a run for their money with high ceiling talent throughout, especially in the Top 10. This group of outfielders features three outfielders committed to stay in state at UNLV in Hunter Katschke, Santino Panaro and Sam Simon. Along with the prospects staying in state, we also have talent being locked up by high level programs such as TCU commit, Tommy DiLandri, and San Diego State commit, Irvin Weems, are two big names with plus tools that made early commitments and have continued to improve throughout their high school careers. The 6-10 prospects on this list is where the excitement lies with each of them being uncommitted and proving capable of playing at the next level, possessing tools that will transition well into college baseball.

Below we take a look at a handful of the top ranked outfielders in the the Nevada 2021 class.
