SC Preseason All-State South: Quick Hitters - Pitchers

On Saturday January 27th PBR of South Carolina was on hand at The Shipyard Park in Mount Pleasent, SC for our Preseason All-State South Event. The event featured players from the 2024-2028 grad classes.
On a beautiful sunny day day the day started with pitchers throwing a controlled bullpen with Trackman collecting data analytics along with jump testing, grip strength, and height and weight measurments, followed by BP on the cages with Trackman collecting ball flight data followed the defensive evaluations along with a laser timed 60, jump testing, grip strength, and height and weight measurments.

QUICK HITTERS - PITCHERS
Young man keeps making jumps each time we see him. Athletic mover with a strong frame and quick arm. Fastball jumped out of hand while up to 89.3 mph and up from 85.9 mph the last time we saw him. Hard SL up to 78.6 mp with good action to it and good sinking CH up to 82.3 mph.
Bradley Anderson, 2025, Fox Creek HS
Former future gamer that didnt disappoint. Quick athletic arm with lots of upside. Fastball was up to 89 mph with a max spin of 2478 rpm. Spun a good hard SL up to 79 mph with good late hard break to it and a good CH down in the zone
Collin Anderson, 2025, James Island HS
Uptempo delivery working out of the stretch with a higher leg lift with good direction down the mound and a shorter arm swing in the back. FB was up to 79.7 mph with a SL spinning at 70.3 mph and a CH at 75.5 mph.
Jayce Stone, 2025, Summerville HS
Left hander has a smooth take away in the back and throws from a H ¾ arm slot. Fastball has downward action to it while up to 80.8 mph and a max spin of 2116 rpm. Curveball has up to 65.6 mph and has a max spin of 2238 rpm. Change up was up to 70.8 mph with a max spin of 1883 rpm with fading action to it.
Jackson Wyatt, 2025, Dorman HS
Smooth tempo delivery throwing from a H ¾ arm slot with good extension out front. Fastball was up to 82.1 mph with a max spin of 2086 rpm. SL was up to 75.2 mph with a max spin of 2441 rpm and his CH was up to 77.3 with a max spin of 1446 rpm.
Slower tempo delivery throwing from a H ¾ arm slot with lower leg lift. Fastball was up to 77.9 mph with a max spin of 1914 rpm. SL was up to 71.9 mph with a max spin of 1854 rpm and his CH was up to 75.1 with a max spin of 1807 rpm.
Jack Neal, 2027, Legion Collegiate
This youngster had a shorter arm action in the back with a higher arm slot. Fastball was up to 76.8 mph with a max spin of 2003 rpm. CB was up to 66.3 mph with a max spin of 2295 rpm and his CH was up to 75.6 with a max spin of 1908 rpm.
Hunter Doyle, 2025, Lucy Beckham HS
UPtempo delivery throwing from a H ¾ arm slot with a quick arm swing in the back.. Fastball was up to 80 mph with a max spin of 2085 rpm. SL was up to 65.1 mph with a max spin of 2406 rpm and his CH was up to 75.3 with a max spin of 2096 rpm.
Charles Becker, 2027, Oceanside Collegiate
This former Junior Future Gamer showed a controlled delivery while throwing from a ¾ arm slot with good extension out front. Fastball was up to 82.4 mph with a max spin of 2088 rpm. SL was up to 67.9 mph with a max spin of 2021 rpm and his CH was up to 71.7 mph with a max spin of 1893 rpm.
