Mount St. Joseph
Ripken Reese SS/2B Mount St. Joseph 2022
Athletic body type and projectable frame. Hits from the left side with a balanced, open stance. Toe tap load with hands held lower. Short to the ball with a slightly uphill swing path and some lower half involvement. Gap-to-gap line drive type hitter with some pop. Was 3-for-6 with a double, an RBI and scored twice in the two tournament games vs. St. Maria Goretti and St. Michaels. Solid defensively, strong arm and can play both middle infield positions. Big time 2022 infield prospect in the state of Maryland.
Connor Rudel OF/3B Mount St. Joseph 2019
Strong, athletic body type. Hits from a balanced stance at the plate with hands pre-loaded. Short stride with minimal movement in load. Short to the ball with a slightly uphill swing path. Gets good extension and showed some pop. Gap-to-gap type hitter. Was named the Willie Staso MVP of the Jack Conley Tournament going 5-for-8 with a HR, 6 RBI's, and scored twice leading the Gaels to the Championship.
St. Maria Goretti
Chris Martin 3B/RHP St. Maria Goretti 2019 (UMES)
Strong, solid body type. Showed versatility in the infield playing both third and short. Hits from a balanced, slightly open stance at the plate. Knee-to-knee front leg kick load and longer stride length. Creates nice hand separation and showed strong lower half involvement in the swing. Stays behind the ball well and showed good extension through contact. Strength and power present in the swing - ball jumps off the bat. Really nice middle of the order bat and is having a phenomenal season at the dish, currently batting .676.
Jason Rivera OF/LHP St. Maria Goretti 2021
Athletic body type and projectable 5'11'', 162 pound frame. Beautiful swing from the left side of the plate. Starts from a balanced, slightly open stance. Loads hands with rhythm and stays behind the ball very well. Short, natural uphill swing path with some lower half involvement and nice extension to follow through. Hitting .390 thus far this season and is also a nice LHP that gets it up to 80 mph with solid off-speed.
Noah Wiggins OF/LHP St. Maria Goretti 2020
Speedy outfield with an athletic body type. Hitting .471 from the leadoff spot this season for St. Maria Goretti. Hits from a balanced, open stance at the plate from the right side. Small leg kick load with nice hand separation. Short, uphill swing path with some lower half involvement in the swing. Quick hands and bat speed. Gap-to-gap line drive type hitter with occasional pop.
St. Michaels
Grant LaBelle OF St. Michaels 2020
Big, strong body type and projectable 6'2'', 190 pound frame. Hits from a balanced, athletic stance at the plate with a smooth back load. Short to the ball with an uphill swing path. Strong lower half and great extension through contact. Gap-to-gap type hitter with some pop.
Nick Newnam OF St. Michaels 2019 (Harford CC)

St. Mary's - Ryken
Roy Fenwick OF/RHP St. Mary's Ryken 2020
Solid body type. Hits from a balanced, slightly open stance at the plate. Short back load and average stride. Direct to the ball with a more level swing path. Showed some quick hands and bat speed. Needs to get more lower half involvement in swing. Gap-to-gap line drive type hitter now with the possibility for more power as he frees up his lower half.
Austin Luther OF/RHP St. Mary's Ryken 2020
Athletic body type and showed some speed. Hits from a balanced, square stance with a wide base. Smooth back load and good hand separation. Level swing path with quick hands and bat speed. Showed some lower half involvement in the swing. Gap-to-gap line drive type hitter. Also got on the bump and throws from the side. Interesting follow.
Blake Pesante RHP/SS St. Mary's Ryken 2022
Athletic body type and 5'9'' 165 pound frame with some projection to it. Controlled wind-up and leg kick into a compact balance position. Strong down-to-out lower half drive. Lands square to the plate with an athletic finish and slight recoil. Long, loose, whippy arm action with fast arm speed through release. Fastball sat 80-83 mph and breaking ball showed tight spin and sharp 11/5 break at times at 60-62 mph. Change-up was 68-71 mph. Worked 4 innings allowing 2 runs (1 earned) on 3 hits, 2 walks, and struck out 3. Made big pitches when he needed and showed competitiveness and poise throughout on the mound.
Austin Watts SS St. Mary's Ryken 2019 (Brunswick CC)
Strong, athletic body type and 6'1'' 180 pound frame. Hits from a taller, balanced, open stance at the plate. Small, quick leg kick load. Short to the ball with a slightly uphill swing path. Gap-to-gap type hitter with some strength and power present. Rangy in the infield with solid arm strength.
