We would like to thank all who participated in the Western Michigan Showcase at Elite Baseball in Grand Rapids. This was a great opportunity for 2016, 2017 and 2018 prospects to be put on college radars. Many players impressed during their individual workouts at the showcase. Below we have the complete statistical results from the event as well as the top performers across various different categories.
In the coming weeks, we will be adding and updating profiles for each of the players in attendance, including complete analysis and video.

The Arms
+ 2017 Jesse Heikkinen (Holt HS) committed to Michigan State during his sophomore year and has continued to impress throughout his development. The left-handed pitcher was 83-87 mph with the fastball showing an explosive delivery and quick arm action. He also featured a curveball with big break at 65-67 mph and a changeup at 75-77 mph that he has continuously showed extreme confidence in. Jesse’s junior season will be an exciting one to follow.
