As the the 2027 class heads into their high school debuts, Prep Baseball Arkansas releases the initial look at the '27 class rankings.  With the class just begininning their high school journeys, we keep the list shorter to the Top 20 in this initial update.  As we continue to get our eyes on more prospects in the 2027 class, the rankings will see increases in numbers as well as a lot of movement throughout the next couple of years as players continue to separate themselves, as well as gaining more strength and experience.  There are multiple factors that come into play when putting players in order such as current skill level, athleticism, and production as well as some slight projection based on size, strength, and rawness of tools.  Players develop in different stages throughout their high school years so we take all of the information that we have available to us to make our rankings as thorough as possible.  Throughout this list, there will be multiple players that will make immediate impacts at the Varsity level this spring and some that will have to wait their turn depending on the talent level ahead of them with upperclassmen.  We will continue to gather more information on players in the 2027 class throughout the coming years through our events as well as our boots on the ground scouting in both the Spring and Summer.
