"I will attend the University of Minnesota to continue my academic and baseball career. Being an Iowa guy, I would've never envisioned myself wearing maroon and gold. But I'm super pumped to say I'll be a Gopher. The people around the campus are focused and driven to a successful future. I want to put myself in an environment where everyone is driven to meet their goals. The campus is big, and there are many things to do in the Twin Cities.

At Minnesota, athletes get taken care of. All the facilities, like the weight room, locker room, and baseball field, are fantastic. The cafeteria looked unbelievable, and the coaches push you to get every meal in to maximize your performance. The coaches are easy to talk to, and I love their work. On my first visit, it sounded like coach Crawford already knew everything about my game and what I needed to work on. I'm super excited to get on campus next fall."
