Updated Class of 2020 Player Rankings (December)
All throughout the year we have had our eyes on the 2020 class, we covered the OHSAA High School season in the spring, held numerous showcases/events and covered many tournaments across the state in the summer, fall and winter. These proved valuable for many 2020 prospects, with many names coming off the board to some of the top programs around the nation.
Below we will take a look at “The Risers”, "Notable Newcomers", "Sleeper Prospects", "The Gamers" and some of the top uncommitted prospects.

The Risers

Report: A guy that we mentioned last rankings update under “Sleepers” has quickly made his way to the risers list is LHP Zach Byron out of Milford HS. We saw Byron last winter and he checked all the boxes; good frame, clean/easy delivery and the ability to throw strikes. It wasn’t a matter of if velo would spike but when and it looks to be on its way. In Jupiter the southpaw sat in the 82-85 range and ran it up to 87 mph.
