With 2023 now in the past, PBR Ohio is eagerly anticipating bringing the Buckeye state the best high school coverage that can be found anywhere in 2024. Starting in February, we began releasing team previews for squads across the state. Ahead, we will have Preseason All-State Teams as well as the Preseason State Rankings coming your way.

2024 Spring Team Preview: Allen East Mustangs

Team Name: Allen East Mustangs
Head Coach: Tyler Stevens
Division: III
2023 Record: 9-9
2023 Tourney Finish: Sectional Finals loss to Eastwood
Returning Starters/Pitchers: 6/3

Coach Outlook: "We're looking to build upon our 9-9 record from last year with six returning starters, four of those being current seniors. Two of those seniors will miss the first few weeks of the start of the season due to injuries sustained in the offseason, so we expect some underclassmen to step in and see some Varsity playing time early. We have a solid group of freshmen that have a lot of potential to develop as the season and their playing careers move along."
