With 2023 now in the past, PBR Ohio is eagerly anticipating bringing the Buckeye state the best high school coverage that can be found anywhere in 2024. 2024 Spring Team Preview: Norton Panthers

2023 Tourney Finish: Sectional Finals loss to Norwayne
Returning Starters/Pitchers: 5/2

Coach Outlook: "The loss of two four-year contributors, including an All-State standout, undoubtedly leaves big shoes to fill for us this spring. However, I believe the team is embracing the challenge. We have a mix of experienced leadership and talented young players eager to make their mark. We have a group that is hungry to play competitive baseball this spring!"

  • Justin Fuller, C/SS/RHP, Senior, 3 Year Letter Winner, Malone University Commit, 1st Team MAC, 2nd Team MAC, 2nd Team All District. Last Year Stats - .260 AVG, 9 2B, 13 R, 10 RBI.
  • Jake Ford, OF/RHP, Senior, 3 Year Letter Winner, Walsh University Football Commit, 1st Team MAC, 2nd Team All District, 90% of last year with torn ACL but still turned in 10 plate appearances with a Home Run and Double last season.
  • Paul Mattei, OF/LHP, Junior, 2 Year Letter Winner, 2nd Team MAC. Last Year - .341 AVG, 28 Hits, 3 3B, 20 Runs.
  • Andrew Lewis, OF/RHP, Senior, 2 Year Letter Winner, HM MAC. Last Year - .250 AVG, 5 2B, 7 RBI, 10 R, 27.1 IP 32 SO
