As PBR Virginia/DC has begun to look back on the year 2018 and move forward into an exciting 2019, we wanted to take a moment to look back at some of the top uncommitted 2021's that we have come across over the course of the year. Now there are plenty of faces we have had the opportunity to see, but we are going to stick with players that have been at a PBR Virginia/DC event for the sake of having the option of watching video.

Yes we are taking a break from our relentless countdown of each recruiting class from the division I schools across the state, but lets take a look at some of those players that we might be writing about in 2020 when we again break down those signing classes. Let take a peek at these 12 young men that have impressed during the course of 2018.
