Lincoln Charter used an 8th inning single from Spencer Bright to score T Fricker with the winning run over Polk County. Lincoln Charter will advance to the 4th round of the NCHSAA 1A state tournament.

In a game dominated by the defensive side, each team remained scoreless through 5 innings. Polk got on the board in the 6th on a Kaleb Kropp double, scoring Tyler Harris. Lincoln Charter quickly answered
