CHABOT COLLEGE, HAYWARD (CA) - The NorCal Uncommitted Games took place at Chabot College on October 8th, featuring nearly 70 uncommitted players (17 2025 grads) hoping to soon change their commitment status. The event consisted of typical showcase style workout that included running the 60 (with 10 and 30 yard splits), a showcase defensive workout followed by batting evaluation, and then there were two 9-10 inning games, with each position player getting no fewer than three plate apperances and primary pitchers going two innings (max of 10 hitters).
Quick Hits is a recap of some of the players who initially stood out to us, for one reason or another. It is not a ranking or top prospect list. Additional content including statistical leaders is available now on the California Scout Blog, and more content will continue to flow to that blog.
