Southern Maryland Open 10/7/17
Athletic frame at 6-foot-1, 169-pounds. Compact delivery with fluid pace. High leg kick getting into lower half with hip load. Slows slightly after lift as works downhill at times. Nice lower half invovlement and intent. Shorter sound arm action throwing from a three quarter slot. Quick arm speed through release pitching with regular effort. Fastball had slgiht run on the pitch up to 83 mph. breaking ball had short 1/7 action on the pitch with later break. Good pitch, potential to be a put-away type pitch and shows nice command already. Change has some fade on the pitch up to 74. Interesting 2020 to keep an eye on.
