KANKAKEE, IL - As the State of Illinois looks to thaw out in time for the start of the JUCO season in the next couple weeks, teams in the Midwest have been getting the ball rolling practicing indoors since early January. In that time, Kankakee Community College has been participating in ‘cage games’ to ready themselves for the start of the 2019 campaign on the road at John A. Logan March 1. In this preview, we will take a look back at the success of Coach Todd Post at the helm of the Cavaliers program, players that have moved on or left the program and key players to watch this season with brief scouting reports. Baseball is officially back!
