He sits 87-91 and touches 92-93 mph with good downward plane on his fastball. Curveball sits 73-75 mph with a 12/6 break with good depth and spin. Kelly shows a good feel for his changeup with sinking action and similar fastball arm speed that sits 77-78 mph. Gathers himself well. Athlete that competes and attacks hitters by working quickly with good poise.
