Initial Class of 2022 Player Rankings (March)

With the winter showcases season behind us and the high school season getting underway, we would like to bring to you the updated Class of 2022 Player Rankings. The winter showcase season proved valuable for many 2022 prospects, with many names coming off the board to some of the top programs around the nation.

Below we will take a look at “New At #1”, “The Risers”, "Notable Newcomers", "Gamers" and some of the top uncommitted prospects by position.

Covering six states, New England is a prime area for legit baseball talent and now we would like to bring to you the updated 2022 Player Rankings.

Who's At The Top?

  • Evan Blanco (Video), an advanced left-handed pitcher out of Austin Prep. Shows a clean delivery with a fastball up to 85 mph and plus spin at 74 mph. Big prospect.
  • Brandyn Durand, right-handed hitting catcher out of Rhode Island. The bat is plus, the frame is thick and durable. Shows the ability to receive with above average arm strength.
  • Kyle Wolff, thick and durbable left-handed pitcher. The fastball is 83-84 mph with the makings of plus secondary stuff. Good looking prospect.
  • Ivan Arias, a fast twitch middle infielder, actions and arm well above average, short quick swing. Big time prospect.
