Josh Exton, RHP, North Bullitt HS, 2014

Josh Exton is a 6-foot, 190-pound RHP from North Bullitt HS who has shown well at multiple PBR events.

Most recently, Exton, who works from a high ¾ arm slot with long and loose arm action, showed a fastball that sat 84-86 mph with good arm-side run.  He compliments the fastball with a 71-74 mph breaking ball that is sharp with late action and a changeup at 77-78 mph with thrown with good arm action.

Using all three of his pitches, Exton struck out 4 of the 8 hitters he faced at the Top Prospect Games.  He is currently ranked No. 24 in Kentucky’s 2014 class and No. 241 in the overall rankings that incorporates the ten-state PBR coverage area.
