WHATS NEW AT THE TOP

As we bring the year to a close, 2019 prospects continued to burst on the scene. The state’s No. 1-4 ranked players remain the same. RHP Christopher Mokma (Holland Christian), C/RHP Aaron Dolney (Country Day) RHP/OF Cameron Wagoner (Tecumseh) and SS/RHP Dillon Kark (Orchard Lake St. Mary’s) hold tight as the top four prospects. After a brilliant showing at the 2017 Future Games, LHP Colin Czajkowski (Woodhaven) moves into the fifth slot. The southpaw recently committed to University of Michigan.

Colin Czajkowski LHP / OF / Woodhaven, MI / 2019

Czajkowski is a 6-foot-3, 180-pound LHP with a high waist and long arms. On the mound he’s extremely deceptive hiding the ball well until he releases from a high-¾ arm angle. His fastball has been seen as high as 87 mph.

The Risers

Nathan Jaworski RHP / 3B / Bloomfield Hills, MI / 2019

Harper, a 6-foot-1, 167-pound SS/OF swings from the left side with the ability to make solid contact. Has a relaxed approach at the plate and shows fast hands. Registered a 91 mph exit velo, he’s a top of the order hitter. Up the middle moves well through the ball releasing the ball seamlessly. Good base runner who swipes bags with good jumps off the pitcher.

Joey Cammarata Jr. SS / RHP / Eisenhower, MI / 2019

Cammarata Jr, is a 5-foot-9, 150-pound two-way prospect. Projects as an infielder at the next level. Shows quickness in the field that allows him to get to balls all across the diamond.
