Briar Woods got out to a 4-0 lead in the second off a 2-run bomb by Drew Pettit. #7 Riverside was down 8-0 in the 5th before they got their first run across and just could not bring the lead back. Briar Woods defeats #7 Riverside 10-4

#4 Hanover went up 2-0 early in the first over #21 Mechanicsville one run scoring on a Cannon Peebles single. Seth Keller had a solid day on the mound for #4 Hanover striking out 11 and not allowing a single run in six innings of work.

Both teams were strong on the hill on Wednesday, but #25 Potomac was just a little bit stronger at the plate in a victory over Forest Park. AJ Barlow knocked in a run in the 4th inning and that was all it took for #25 Potomac to edge out Forest Park 1-0.
