Once again, we received many worthy nominees for this week's PBR Kentucky Player of The Week award for games played April 3-8. The competition was fierce, but one player recorded the best offensive week the state saw and takes home this week's honor.

In five games last week at the Jackie Robinson Training Complex, Pulaski County 2024 Catcher Mason Acton put on an offensive show. Acton terrorized opposing pitchers to the tune of 12-for-18 with four doubles, two triples, and eight RBI's in leading the Maroons to three wins. For the season, the Bellarmine commit is now hitting .421 with eight doubles, two triples, two home runs, and 17 RBI's.

For his outstanding performance on the field, Mason Acton has been selected as this week's PBR Kentucky Player of The Week for games played April 3-8.
