Scouting Report

Standing at 6-foot, 175-pounds, Hall is one of the more defensive-minded catchers on the island. He shows arm strength behind the dish, and is a catch-and-throw guy.  At the plate, Hall showed some glimpse of power in BP, driving some balls deep in the gap. The swing works on an upward plane and uses his backside well. He strides slightly across his body but has the hand speed to catch up to velo on the inner half of the plate.

Hall also has some stuff on the mound sitting mid-80s with late sharp cut. There’s lots to like with Hall from multiple sides of the ball and in various ways to help a program.
