New England Insider: Uncommitted Underclass Spotlight - Danny Glendon, 2B/SS

Danny GlendonName: Danny Glendon
Position: 2B/SS
School: East Catholic
Class: 2017
Ranked: 78th in New England

Scouting Report: Left-handed hitting middle infielder with good athleticism. Ran a 4.5 down the line in the game. The left-handed swing has buggy whip to it, as he throws the bat head very well. Hits out of a high elbow approach and the hands work very nicely. The bat has a bit of a sweep angle to it but he's strong enough that he gets the barrel head to the ball nicely. Tee exit velocity of 82. The arm path is a bit long but he has arm strength in the middle of the field. The feet are active and he showed a 78 mph arm. Works well with his glove and feet at the pivot.
