In early August, Prep Baseball Report VA/DC updated and expanded its Class of 2018 Rankings, going from 130 players to 180 while also moving players that were ranked based on what we have seen at our events and on the road scouting all spring and summer. Now that the rankings have been released, we take a closer look at them in today's spotlight:

SCOUTING REPORT
7.15.17: Floyd has a lanky frame and throws from a high three-quarters arm slot with a drop and drive delivery and a short quick arm action with some effort. Shoulders closed and uphill. Fastball had plane and late run, sitting 78-80. Curveball had late hard 1/7 break and was 68-70.
