Season Outlook
The 2017 Trojans will welcome back seven talented returners  to the varsity squad this spring including six seniors, giving them the talent and experience to have another solid year and possible deep post season run.

On the mound, Jenks will likely be lead by the physically impressive and quick armed Oklahoma State commit, Brett Standlee. Also in the running to throw important innings are left-handed senior Grant Ketchel, junior Tanner Lawrence, and 2019 Oklahoma State commit Bryce Osmond (ranked 104th in the PBR 2019 overall rankings). All of whom will look to build on their impressive numbers from last season.

Many of the talented arms for the Trojans will also be responsible for filling up the offensive stat sheet as well. Standlee, who hit .425 with 30 RBI's and 13 stolen bases last season will surly be at the heart of the lineup again. Joining Standlee in the middle of the order will likely be one of the best uncommitted players in Oklahoma's 2017 class, left-handed hitting catcher, Sy Snedeker. The catalysts at the top of the order for the Trojans could include Hayden Johnson and Osmond, both with elite speed. Also looking to do damage in the Trojan offence packed with speed and power will be Ketchel and left-handed hitting Lawrence.

Defensively, Jenks is strongest in the infield and up the middle. Snedeker will likely catch most of the innings, providing high-energy and lots of savy from behind the dish. The infield will be anchored by a toolsy Osmond at shortstop with Standlee and sure-handed senior Brock Nowlin on either side. An athletic Ketchel will man first base with above average hands. Johnson will cover center field with good routes and high-end speed.
