The Prep Baseball Report Tennessee Unsigned Senior Games event took place at Rose Park in Nashville on September 28.  A total of 35 uncommitted seniors still looking for a home to continue their education and baseball careers participated in the event.  The following is a look at uncommitted RHP Justin Neal.

Height: 6-3
Weight: 205

 

Scouting Notes: RHP Justin Neal had his arsenal of three pitches working well in his outing at the Unsigned Senior Games event. With a quick, low effort delivery, he was able to effectively work the zone with a consistent 78-82 mph fastball that showed arm-side run. He repeated his delivery well and showed a quick arm action. Neal showed good command of his secondary pitches as he effectively used his 68-70 mph curveball with sharp 11/5 action as an out pitch. His changeup flashed potential to be a tough pitch with downward tumbling action at 73 mph. At 6-foot-3, 205-pounds, Neal is a big body that still has room to add strength, which will likely lead to an increase in velocity.
