Scouting Report: 6/23/15- The 5-foot-10, 180 pound infielder displayed soft hands and a clean exchange up the middle.  Footwork is fluid, plays through the ball well with some athleticism.  Arm action is short and throws are accurate.  Positional velocity was 83 mph.  Ran a 7.00 60.  Offensively, Cooper has a balanced setup, using a small leg kick. Bat speed is quick. Bat path is short and level, with the ability to get to extension. Recorded a high exit velocity of 90mph.
