EMERSON, GEORGIA - Team California finished off the week at the PBR Future Games by taking on Team Mid-Atlantic. Team California took home the win, scoring 12 runs at LakePoint complex.

Starting on the mound for Team California was '25 Hunter Manning. Hunter used good life on his fastball, working up to high 80's on his fastball with good life, especially up in the zone.

'26 Ezekiel Lara continued his impressive week with 3-hits today, including this triple into the RCF gap. Lara has an advanced approach for being apart of the 2026 class, earned Player of the Game for today's effort.

'25 Brock Ketelsen got Team California on the board on Saturday's game, hammering this ball into the RCF gap. Ketelsen has definite pop in the bat, but also showing he can stay through the zone for a solid line drive base- knock. ‘25 Brock Ketelsen hammers this ball into RCF to get Team California on the board in the second inning. Boles shows a good 2-strike approach, going down in the zone to get this ball up in the air for an RBI sac-fly. Boles is a top-level arm, but also shows good athleticism in the box as well.  '25 Rohan Brown had two-knocks for Team California today, and also put together a really solid week. The lefty took quality at-bats in all three games this week, and showed he can be competitive day in and day out against some top-level arms.  '26 Justin Lopez had an absolutely electric week for Team California during the games, with a mature approach and some really "hitterish" actions in the box. Fun to watch now, and going to be fun to watch in the future.  '25 Gavin Flores had a really solid day for Team California, collecting two-hits, and throwing an inning in relief. Flores looks to do damage, especially pull-side, but also showed the ability to hit to the opposite field with this double into the LCF gap.  '25 Christopher Romo had himself a double deep into LF. Romo is a physical player and was aggressive this week early in counts.  '26 Gary Morse was very solid out of the bullpen for Team California, working 3 scoreless innings. Morse showed a repeatable delivery, flashing some high velocity. Ran his FB up to 87-88 T91. CH ranged from 76-78.  '26 Gino Cappellazzo also joined in on the offensive barrage today, muscling a base-hit to CF. Cappellazzo was highly versatile this week, showing innings on the mound, behind the plate, and in the box.  Team California went 2-1 on the week, winning their pool on the week.
