With the 2019 spring season right around the corner, PBR Ohio is eagerly anticipating bringing the Buckeye state the best high school coverage throughout the entire state. Starting in January, we began releasing team previews for teams across the state, leading into the Preseason All-State Teams as well as the Preseason State Rankings.

2019 Spring Team Preview: Westerville north warriors

Team Name: Westerville North Warriors
Head Coach: Sean Ring
Division: I
2018 Record: 10-18
Conference Record: OCC- Buckeye, 4-10
Returning Starters/Pitchers: 6/4

2019 Team Strengths:

  • Athleticism
  • Defense
  • Depth

Coach Outlook: "We return a group of sophomores and freshman who got experience last season. Very athletic group, who can run, score, and defend. Lost top three arms so question mark on the mound which could make or break us."

PBR Outlook: Coach Sean Ring and the Warriors will look to replace their top three arms, but have the athleticism and depth to be competitive all year in the OCC.
