PLAYERS TO WATCH
Chris Draghia (OF/LHP, 2017) Draghia has good feel for his stuff on the mound and a quick bat with decent pop.
J'Aire Galloway (OF, 2016) Galloway is a three-sport starter and an elite athlete. He is a very good outfielder with a lot of speed.
Anthony Febo (2B, 2017) Febo is a solid defender who has good contact skills and executes well at the plate.
Marco Hurtado (3B/RHP, 2017) Hutado has a strong arm and a good frame.
Martine Neal (SS/RHP, 2018) Neal is a solid defender at shortstop and has some upside on the mound.
Tyler Royston (1B/RHP, 2016) Royston has a good frame and a very good breaking ball.

SEASON OUTLOOK
Gar-Field got off to a big start in the 2015 season, taking down Patriot in their opener. The Indians were competitive the rest of the way but struggled in closing out victories. The Indians lost their top arm, Jonathan Mahoney (Prince George’s CC), to graduation and will need to replace his impact this spring. Gar-Field will be sound defensive team and its pitching staff will do a good job of throwing strikes and changing speeds, which will keep them in most of their games. The core of the Indians is young this spring, and they will improve throughout the season as the gain experience and confidence. Look for Gar-Field to have the potential to be dangerous in the Conference 4 Tournament.
