With 2020 now in the past, PBR Ohio is eagerly anticipating bringing the Buckeye state the best 2021 high school coverage that can be found anywhere. Starting in January, we began releasing team previews for squads across the state. Ahead, we will have Preseason All-State Teams as well as the Preseason State Rankings coming your way.

2021 Spring Team Preview: Louisville Leopard

Coach Outlook: "This team will be able to do a variety of things well. There is a great mix of veteran leadership and young talent this year. If these guys come together and play for one another this team will have a very successful season!"

Top Returning Players:

  • Broc Pickens, INF/RHP, 2021, 6'3", 215, R/R. 3 year-starter, Malone recruit. As a sophomore, Broc his .310, with 2 doubles, 1 triple, and a home run. He knocked in 12 rbi's and scored 12 runs.
  • Tyler Jackson, RHP, 2021, 5'11, 170, R/R, Malone recruit, Tyler's career highlight was during his sophomore year when he shut out the number one D1 team in Ohio. Tyler pitched a complete game 4 hitter versus the Jackson Polar Bears leading his team to a 3-0 victory. Tyler finished his sophomore season with a 2-1 record along with a 2.15 era striking out 19 batters in 35 ip.
