Stats posted for Prospect Identification Showcase.

On Sunday October 7^th Illinois Prep Baseball Report hosted a Prospect Identification Showcase at The MAX. The showcase was the culmination of the Fall Prospect Program as well as bringing some new talent to the forefront.

The event saw some outstanding performances led by RHP Brian Jestice (Fremd, Class of 2013) who topped out at 89 mph off the mound. Middle infielder Stewart Nelson (Lyons Township, Class of 2013) showcased excellent infield actions while running a 6.64 in the 60. Bobby Pennington (Class of 2014), a right-handed pitcher from Maine South, was 84-86 mph while displaying a late sharp breaking ball. Connor Hogan (Lincoln-Way West, 2014), another infielder, showed great actions and a strong arm across the diamond.
