The NCAA Early Signing Period started November 13th and runs through November 20th. Members of the Class of 2020 in most sports are allowed to sign their National Letters of Intent this week, which will solidify verbal commitments into signings. With arrival of the Signing Period, we get a chance to start to really look at the incoming classes each school in Virginia and DC has assembled and the potential impact those players will have when they get to college.
